      Pros

      Some nice genuine colleagues, but otherwise no pros at all

      Cons

      Outrageous targets, working hours, no company laptop or phone - they will expect you to be pretty much always online, as this is the 'startup culture' of the company which was described in as many words.

      Beautiful mission, great colleagues, bad management team/CEO

      Pros

      - Their mission is beautiful, the vision is inspiring and purpose is at the center of everything. It's great to work in such a company - Employees are given a lot of responsibilities - Colleagues are bright, positive, and very supportive

      Cons

      - Unfortunately, the management team has been dishonest with some of their employees through the time/years so be careful. As a matter of fact, the CEO could be held responsible for influencing the other founders to do so. He could be sneaky, greedy (!), and borderline with the way he manages the company. - Furthermore, the workload could be very heavy and stressful. - Employees aren't fairly compensated compared to the market

      Pros

      My experience at Alaya has been incredible, working with and for people that are super nice and care about you. I feel completely supported in my role, and I enjoy working with my Alaya team. Not many companies chose to really trust their employees, but from day one - I have always felt supported to be the best version of myself!

      Cons

      Nothing to add - this company gives me everything I need as an employee!
