      Previously great company with troubling management changes ongoing

      Have been here a number of years and has been a great company to work for.

      Cons

      Current CEO is severing a large number of high-performing senior leaders simply over a forced relocation to their new Portsmouth NH headquarters. CFO, CTO, CIO, GC, Corp Controller, Tax & Accounting departments, etc. all slated to go or have already left. Departments have to be outsourced just to close the books for multiple quarters.

      Very high HR and management turn over rate. No accountability. Favoritism. Only promote close family and friends. Toxic environment. Rumor mill. High expectations/poor training.
