- You come, and they train you fully. You just need to speak English, have reasonable capacity to think and use basic office tools such as MS Office - If you work hard, you can get pretty decent commission checks - You will be headhunted for very good jobs in other companies if you do a good job. I view this as a platform that helped me get started. Looking back after a few years, I am quite grateful to these guys for the training and how hard it was working there because ultimately I came out sharper and more knowledgeable.

Cons

- Extremely rigid overall structure, and you don't have room to innovate or try new things. Do what you're told and don't deviate from it. Not very encouraging and makes you feel like an ant in a colony.

Joined during their transition from office to work from home model - Best bonus %. Joined less than a year now close to hit threshold and be on 40% commission which is thee highest in the industry across Europe - It is 100% flexible, can set up my schedule and work from anywhere I want - The only thing I heard from management is advice, 0 micromanagement - One of the best tools available for everyone form day 1 to make deals - Surprised and appreciated monthly beer meetings keep happening despite downtime

- you need to have your goal and high self control - you must have logical mind this job not for emotionally stable people
