Pros

Pay is good, benefits could be better. Shift differentials exist. use this job for experience in law enforcement and then leave.

Cons

Location is Edmonton Remand Centre. Nepotism, working with untrained staff in an hostile environment. Management plays favorites. Promotions and overtime are based on who you associate with.
