Location. It's a minimum of 20-30 minute commute depending on how close you choose to live. If you live in the small town, there are almost no amenities. Can't keep talent due to pay that is "good for the area", but not enough when you commute from somewhere with higher property values. Limited career advancement opportunities. Place has been in constant management turmoil since the last recession. Due to that, the financial situation stayed rather grim. There were no raises for years.
