      Pros

      SOME of the people are great to work with. And every other department seems fine.

      Cons

      They put on a bright, cheery exterior downstairs...but upstairs and behind closed doors is a whole different story. They will get rid of you in a hot second with no warning and for no reason. After my ousting, I was told this dept. has a HABIT of getting rid of people on a whim because the hormonal second floor can't handle someone who may be better than they are!! Or just as good. Or has their own ides!! It's a sad situation!
