      If you're looking for a place to learn and advance your career, this is the place. - The management will always train you and help you learn new technologies to keep you up to date and help you grow - The CEO is very knowledgeable and supportive - Great opportunities to learn in a team-oriented environment and grow professionally - Very focused on security, so you will learn about the latest tools and procedures to secure computers/server and networks - Great benefits

      - I wouldn't say there are any cons. I've had a great experience working at Alcala and have grown professionally in my career

      - Hands-on with many various SMB technologies and infrastructures. - If there is anything you want to learn, there is always an opportunity to learn it on the job. - Catered lunches - Team feels more like a family than co-workers. - Certification compensation. - Management cares greatly about its employees and offers amazing benefits. - Does not take on toxic clients. - Fun, comfortable work environment with all of the latest tools and gadgets in technology. - Very receptive to feedback and ideas.

      - There really aren't any that come to mind. You get back more than what you put in.
