      Work from home, acceptable pay level.

      Cons

      Just barely acceptable pay level. Even the best workers recognized as such by their customers and partners get kicked out with no chance to defend themselves.

      tracking everything the agent does, repetitive job, any possibility to grow.

      not much training besides in the beginning. After that you have to teach yourself
