Pros
Interesting product, intelligent team, thoughtful and happy mostly remote-work culture with colleagues abroad in Serbia and Brazil. Alchemy is an innovative startup that values contributions and ideas from all team members.
Cons
Like any startup, changing processes is common. As long as you are adaptable and contribute to the team's success, that is not a problem. Sometimes with all remote colleagues, it can feel like you're a bit isolated in your function, but it's easy to communicate via Slack with team members - and everyone is super nice, helpful and friendly.
