      Pros

      Having a job if you don't have one, that is, being able to pay your bills at least and survive.

      Cons

      A typical family-run business, and in this case, a Latin American one, which favors those closest to their family or friends. There's no opportunity for professional growth, and the salary offered is below the market's fair value. Not work balance-life. Plus, there's high staff turnover, leaving only those closest to their circle. In short, stay away from this place.
