They impressed me with every step of the hiring process, onboarding, and how welcoming they were. The current Alcorn Team just embraced me and never let me stumble until I got on my feet with the Alcorn ways! The have regular meetings, proper software for the job, and just hands down the best place to work. I hit the jackpot!
Cons
Plenty of work to be done. Many time I felt overwhelmed with the workload and how fast we are growing here. I was very shocked my truth was welcomed when voiced and supported.

Thank you for sharing your review. Our Arizona Team is definitely experiencing tremendous growth and we're glad that you're not only being heard, but you're getting the support you need to learn and grow in your role.
Leadership rewards high performers and supports their team without micro-managing. Staff are committed to their roles and the success of their team / the company.
Work life balance is supported and encouraged (I'm often reminded by a co-worker to leave right around 5! So, everyone holds each other accountable for work/life balance.)
Growing small to mid sized company with multiple locations and poised for continued, well thought out growth.
Cons
It's construction, there are always issues that arise and egos being bruised but at the end of the day we function and get through the difficult aspects of our work as a team.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. Your comments, as a Leader and a long-term employee, will hopefully help others considering if Alcorn is the right place for them.
Work life balance, great company values/culture, friendly co-workers, not overly micro-managed, flexible hours for the industry, team outings are fun and build relationships with coworkers, pay is fair, management regularly checks in with employees on feedback, company systems exist but seem to be evolving as company evolves
Cons
Work load can be a lot at times but is generally manageable, work load can be/seem unbalanced between co workers, company systems exist but seem to be evolving as the company evolves, lots of turnover during my time there (almost 2 years)
