my experience, Aldridge Pite is one of the most unorganized and unsupported workplaces I’ve ever worked in. Training was almost nonexistent despite the workload being detailed and demanding. New employees are thrown into complex tasks with little guidance, which creates constant stress and avoidable mistakes.
The management culture made things even more difficult. The supervisor I worked under often created what felt like an unprofessional environment. In my personal experience, they used strong and offensive language regularly and spoke negatively about other employees, which gave the impression of a divided, gossipy, and unhealthy team dynamic. Instead of constructive support, the tone often came across as crude, inpatient ,dismissive and inconsistent.
Overall, based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone who values proper training, respectful leadership, or a stable and healthy workplace. LOW PAY also.
