      Woefully Unprepared for Newer Employees and a Cluster****

      Pros

      Good People (but they went on a firing rampage removing the experienced members) Good Vacation Time Some flexibility with schedules

      Cons

      New CEO and the new C level executives came through and paid terrible respect to the people who had given their time to the company. They routed everyone out who was experienced and mass hired incompetent individuals in a niche of an industry with LOTS of complicated moving parts. They demanded things adhere to strict quotas while flooding the gates with bozos who sucked time out of the system. It was impossible to come out of there with any encouragement or approval. A once decent startup-esque company with good people fighting the underdog fight transformed to a shell that gave no cares for the people who were there.

      massive confusion, inexperienced, indifferent and arrogant senior leadership

      Pros

      good pay and vacation benefits (if you can take a vacation and not have to work all the time)

      Cons

      Senior management has no idea how their product works; they're only focused on getting the sale. Subsequently new client implementations are almost always a disaster. Operations leadership disregards anyone with any tenure in the company believing they know it all better when in fact they have no clue. Management by fear; you're forced to respect people who have done nothing to earn your respect. It's a hot mess. Run, don't walk, away from this company.

      Pros

      Has many smart, dedicated, hard working employees. Benefits are decent. Lucky to have had great individual managers, although 5 different ones in a 3 year period.

      Cons

      Management and leadership is an elitist, exclusive club. Rampant dysfunction and a resulting revolving door. People disappear at lunch never to return. No work life balance for many employees, email, texts and calls at home, on weekends and while on vacation. Stressful, unstable environment. *Beware of fake reviews! Employees were told to fill out positive reviews!*
