      Pros

      Great relaxed, collaborative culture. Amazing product in the hot Machine Learning vertical. Training and career growth are a huge point of concentration for the workforce. Ninja-fast decision making on all things - we meet, we weigh options, we decide, we execute. 100% transparency has resulted in zero politics. Growing fast - good ground floor opportunities. C-levels all have proven success building companies and teams. Competitive salaries.

      Heading in the right direction. Positioned well in a market that is growing extremely fast. Management CARES. Excellent work/life balance. Cool tech!

      Operational growing pains of achieving scale that comes from transitioning from startup/venture to growth company; however, teams are well-built to adapt and management is clear around the WHYS.

      Some of the smartest people you'll ever work with. Know how to have fun, but also get work done! Nascent market and small company so you can really make an individual impact, which feels great! Management cares about people.

      Cons

      No free lunches like you'll get at the big guys, but nice to take a break every day for some fresh air and a scooter ride on the East Side.
