If you get hired, expect the worst company you have ever worked for
Pros
Nothing pros except no test for recreational use. So I can use during lunchtime and breaks.
Cons
Management is the worst, they keep on changing priorities left and right. Maintenance is treated by operations like 2nd clas citizens. Operations is constantly breakiing machines and blaming maintenance. I have fixed the mengibar 1837988 times and they keep on messing the same thing saying we don't fix anything. The plant manager in this building has no idea what he is doing. At first he is a nice guy, and whenever the powets above pressure him, he comes in threatening to fire people. People in the other building take defective candles home, but we can only take 2 or 3 wall flowers before ppl get annoyed. Either they don't plan for busy season or they have no idea on how to so the work because there hasn't been a year where busy season is the worst. They spend money on parties and big management bonuses (15%-20%), but they keep on laying off people every year. All of the investment goes to NH, which doesn't make any money, and hasn't made any money in years and our plants that do make money (and us who make money for you) are treated like second class citizens in salary, benefits, and respect. Safety here is a joke. People give gift cards to avoid recordables. Nothing sits well here. They keep on pushing on line 302 and over the years it has yet to do what's expected, which results in plant manager here losing his mind on us and blaming maintenance for everything when the operators are better handling a lego instead of production equipment. C suite top guy is a micromanager.
