      Global company with a diverse work force.

      Cons

      Management short term focused on share price only. Terrible mistakes have been made and as a consequence the good people have left.

      Pros

      Because of the many acquisitions made over the years, there are some great people still in the organisation trying to make it work. If you can work with some of them they are often the best in the business

      Cons

      Most of those good ones are being made redundant or leaving because they've had enough. Really, the place is chaos at the moment with uncertainty of the Abbott deal and seemingly random, arbitrary mass layoffs.

      Work life Balance working hours 8:30 - 5:00

      Cons

      No opportunity to grow, no development plan. You do your work no more no less. The management is not strong enough and little lazy and not enough qualified. Some of manager do what they wqnt working from home and have some "privileges" . Employees are coming to do their work and not interesting to learn or to grow. The benefit is not interesting enough compare to others companies. Not open-minded and not trained for cross-cultural management all managers have the same nationality and promote people of their country. Feel some discrimination. Promoting the cultural diversity which is not in real.
