no pros whatsoever, someone literally died.

Cons

will they listen now? we kept saying it was a toxic environment. we kept saying they were being harassed and bullied. we told HR. All the C-level execs new. Everyone in the company knows this particular boss is abusive and actively goes out of their way to hurt their employees. now someone is dead. will they listen now? most likely not.

They have good benefits and many jobs are remote.

Cons

Leadership does not follow their value statements. HR partners take discriminatory actions. Leadership and HR play favorites and treat different individuals differently. HR partners don't listen and interrupt. Be very careful if you choose to work here. Don't be critical of the favored employees.
