      -Very good equipment & facilities compared to other institutes -On-going building renovation outside & inside the labs -If interested you can familiarize with many different techniques & in vivo models -Institute brings well-known researchers for talks & seminars

      Cons

      -Zero compensations & benefits -No meaning of promotion, so salary is fixed & no performance bonuses -A lot of conflicts and personal interests between seniors, so people worth being rewarded are not -Most labs have no personnel due to no funding, while PhDs may have to work unpaid for months
