1. AHK India Top management positions appear to have been filled with relatively high compensation without clear role justification or benchmarking by AHK - UK team 2. Newly hired Top Management appear to be inducting individuals from their own networks in certain cases Even person rejected from other TIC companies joined without a fully structured interview and evaluation process. 3. AHK India HR currently seems to have limited ability to intervene or enforce standardized recruitment procedures at the senior level. 4. There also appears to be AHK India Top management preference for candidates for Middle Management with higher Salary from TIC companies such as Cotecna, SGS, IGI, and Intertek; however, in some instances these candidates may have previously left/ removed or been rejected by those organizations, which may warrant additional due diligence during the hiring process.
