- Management fosters division and competition between employees instead of collaboration. - No HR department — zero support for employee wellbeing or conflict resolution. - Little to no recognition for extra effort. - Leadership often makes unrealistic client promises that never materialize. - The company relies heavily on public subsidies, with reporting and grant processes that often seemed inconsistent and lacked transparency. - No clear product roadmap — sales drive development, not strategy or user needs. - Multiple team members have experienced burnout and left as a result.
