The one and only con is the current CEO in place. She is beyond abbusive, a narcissist and should not be allowed to manage people. Her reputation has proceeded her and it’s astonishing she is still employed. She is uneducated (online BA), puts her insecurities on others and somehow cons her way through.

Definitely LOTS of perks! Great office, catered lunches, free product/great discount, champagne in-office. Social events and outings and great staff.

The turnaround here is RIDICULOUS!! Within 2 weeks of coming on-board, more than half of my department LEFT and or was FIRED! THEN...within 2 months, about 5 people left on their own! Since Fall of 2017...15+ people have left on their own or have been fired! executive management is a HOT MESS...lots of strong personalities that each want things done THEIR way. Lots of talented and amazing staff BUT aren’t being respected or appreciated. The only executive management folks that are freaken’ amazing are Ben, the Director or Education and Candice, the Vice President - I didn’t even fall under their departments BUT their ENERGY is amazing!!
