      One of the best place I ever worked

      Pros

      The company culture is the plus, you are feeling like working with the family and friends. Anyone loves to help and cares each other. Management is great, you can share whatever idea with the line management or even CEO. And they do listen and action! Bottom line is the salary is competitive.

      Cons

      Due to the recent fast-growth and expand, product may require further development and fine tuning to meet the market demands. I believe it's the current challenge every company in this industry is facing.

      Pros

      Management team is in Israel and actually very nice people to work for. The company has been around for 10 years now. Niche product that is considered a "nice to have"

      Cons

      Management team in the US is very inept. From a sales perspective there is a GM for the states and they recently brought on a Sales manager. They are both useless. No thoughts or ideas. They manage by spreadsheet only. In my 2 year tenure they have joined my client meetings on 2 occasions. Do not join as a sales person- keep looking!!
