      Pros

      Large portfolio of clients/projects in the financial software area (MX3, Calypso, etc.), representing a significant step in my career. The internal team is helpful in resolving any issues I may encounter. Additionally, nice corporate events are organized every month. Possibility to have various training and certification opportunities (if you are interested).

      Cons

      The company is okay for now. Don't expect a huge salary increase during the annual evaluation meeting, but it seems to be in line with the market.
