- Extremely demanding company.
- Their project management is very disjointed. You'll have your daily tasks outlined in the task management software, but throughout the day you will be told to complete urgent tasks that weren't in your task list, making it difficult to plan your time out well.
- You're not paid the same day every month, so if you're working internationally your salary may come in later than needed.
- They say you have "flexible" working hours, but will later tell you you're required to work US hours.
- Their "unlimited" paid leave policy requires you to give up to 2 months' notice, and you'll only know if it's approved a week beforehand.
- In my performance reviews, I was given only positive feedback and some minor constructive feedback. They fired me "effective immediately" for quality issues and internal restructuring but could not give me examples of when my work was subpar when I asked. I was never informed of poor quality work, and was receiving good feedback from clients.
- No bonuses or other benefits.
- Some clients have different SOPs than others, and you will be required to figure that out on your own.
- Onboarding was two days of meetings and some Google docs links, and after that I was required to complete client work for multiple clients.
I've worked with many agencies, and this is by far the most chaotic and impersonal I've encountered. I've never had quality issues with my work in my past roles, and was never informed of issues with my work at this company.
I would strongly encourage prospective employees to clarify expectations around scope, working hours, pay structure, and benefits in writing, and to review contracts carefully before signing.
