      New vessels on the way, work opportunities in Turkish shipyards. Pay is okay

      Older vessels are dangerous to work on, Pay and packages have improved considerably with CSL and Desgagnes

      They offer good benefits, they are unionized (SIU and UNIFOR), Travel is paid, They are always hiring

      Cons

      There is a disconnect between the office and the ships crews, They are not big on preventative maintenance despite claiming to be, If given a choice between a permanent fix that will cost money in the short term but save money in the long term and a quick patch that will cause more issues later but save money right now, they will always choose the quick patch.
