Previously it was a good company with good environment, hikes, learning, etc. Complete remote job.
Cons
With the recent management changes, the company doesn’t seem to offer much anymore — hikes are either absent or, at best, around 5–10% for highly recognized employees, and even that seems unclear. The environment has changed drastically, previous benefits have been revoked, and learning has become stagnant. People have also reported that this has been happening for the last two years and seems likely to continue this year. Even variable pay is not being given to everyone. Overall, the vibes are quite negative. If you have another offer, it would be better to choose that instead.
