This place is garbage!

The ability to work from home.

Cons

This place is such a mess! I was fired due to my disability while I was in the hospital. This place is as toxic as it gets and we all know how toxic lawyers can be. Women are paid significantly less than men in the same roles and expected to do more work. They will use you and drop you as soon as they are done.

Abuse of authority, heavy case load with minimal support, lack of DEI, micro aggressive leadership, poor leadership skills, biases towards placing women in leadership, leadership positions lack diversity and are male dominated. Lack of people of color in leadership positions. Very few Black Employees. Offers the remote position, while also using that as a benefit that can be taken away, even though the hiring ads say remote position. Unethical practices and behavior.

Heavy case load and not a lot of time to come up to speed.
