Pros

There are no pros whatsoever

Cons

Please look up the lawsuits against this company for discrimination and hostile work environment. Not only did they discriminate against me, they created such a hostile workplace with retaliation, I’m now pursuing legal action. They are completely void of any ethics, or moral integrity whatsoever. The ease at which they lie and the deplorable harassment individuals face here, is enough to get them shutdown for good! I highly recommend bracing the economy cold before considering a job here. They will do everything in their power to make sure your time with them is fire on earth!

Pros

I love my peers. The people outside of SLT are a pleasure to work with. We are a TEAM. We support each other and everyone is committed to doing what is best for AliMed. Work-life balance is fantastic. There is an occasional late night but most days I can sign off at a reasonable time. Mid level managers are great people who support you and treat you with respect.

Cons

Senior leadership is killing the company. They went ahead with a system upgrade go-live months before anyone was ready. That decision cost the company millions of dollars in sales and greatly negatively impacted morale and customer relationships. SLT do not trust their employees. Most of the time our feedback and advice are not taken into consideration. They pretend like they listen to you but then most times do the opposite. They prioritize new hires or consultants over employees that know the company inside and out. We are a skeleton crew. We continue to cut and cut to the point where now if certain people left, the impact would be massive and would accelerate the decline. You are constantly assigned tasks that are not within your job description and there is no reward for taking the initiative and being a team player. I've been at AliMed for many years and the morale right now is an all-time low. No one feels good about the decisions and lack of accountability from leadership. There is no company culture. ZERO career growth. I cannot remember the last time anyone in the company was promoted. I'm talking years. Writing this really stinks because I do love the company and my peers. The leadership team across the board is killing the company.

Pros

Remote work. Hard working people that truly want the company to succeed.

Cons

Company does not have a true sense of direction. Cutting cost, and not providing the resources necessary to employees to give customers a true up to date experience. Outdated practices, management style, and operating systems. Alimed has a "put a bandage on a issue, and hope it doesn't come off" approach, instead of actually solving an issue once and for all. No bonuses, or incentives available, and the bare minimum of days off in a year.
