      Great atmosphere. Very friendly work environment where everyone is truly in support of each other. No hierarchy feel within the company.

      Pros

      Such a supportive and friendly place to work. Aliat is an an amazing company with co-workers that feel like family. It is a culture that supports the health of its employees and clients. Empowering us all to be our best self and build a company that is making a positive difference for so many people! The benefits we get are a bonus!

      Cons

      I would say the only con is more people need to know about Aliat! We are growing and can't wait to share our fun/productive/healthy culture with more people across the nation.
