Good quality of living (Richardson, TX), Smart employees, lots of opportunities to wear multiple hats,
Cons
Competing on price (low prices) in a market with high entry and exit barriers isn't going to be enough. They need to innovate along something new and interesting.
Frequent layoffs.
Pretty laid back environment, hard working people, small company, losts of room to grow. Would recommend as an excellent starting point for people early in their careers.
Cons
It is a small company. So you have to deal with the fact that the resources are limited in certain areas.
