Pros

Decent Pay for the area and market. Easy Location to travel to.

Cons

Everything from a management perspective needs approval from the CEO. With every decision from looks, sound, titles, salaries, seating, dress code, every decision has to be brought up to the CEO. Imagine a CEO who has to talk to all managers from every department to approve everything, not having any time. Things just sit around waiting for approval and get stale. Micro Manage the entire company.

Pros

The upgraded office decor looks great!

Cons

EVERYTHING...lack of knowledgeable management, horrible CEO's, toxic environment, habitual law and rule breakers, lack of resources, close mind executives, no one listens to the subject matter experts, but always has the answers. Employees are offered jobs that they are shortly fired out of when the company no longer need them; although they don't provide valid reasoning behind the terminations. Employees quit their previous jobs to start at Aliera and easily get fired in training for failing a test that only 2% of the class pass. After open enrollment if the overall goal isn't hit, they find little reasons to fire employees. Just an outright HORRIBLE COMPANY TO WORK FOR!!!!

Pros

Decent salary. Flexibility to work from office or remote.

Cons

Too many to list. You will never be valued or appreciated. This company is a revolving door. I was misled starting with the interview. The job was not at all what I discussed and accepted during the interview. I accepted the job with a certain assumption. However, the job was something completely different. Furthermore, the management team keeps all information secretive. Horrible communication. Favoritism runs rampant. Opportunities only go to the cliques. A lot of smoke and mirrors. You could never get a straight answer because no manager wanted to commit to an answer. The problem starts with nepotism at the executive level, and continues through the management ranks.
