Pros
There are none. Worst company I’ve ever worked for in my life. I’ve never been so disrespected at a job.
Cons
They are heartless. They pretend they care about company culture and their employees but the only thing they care about is their share holders making more profit than last year. This ‘start up’ is over 12 years old and is most likely going to go bankrupt. They laid off almost their entire staff including 2 people who just gave birth, right before the holidays and offered pitiful severance. Do your self a favor and stay FAR AWAY!

It’s been a “scrappy startup” for 10+ years. Leadership is out of touch. Extremely low pay High turnover
