If you like a culture of Junior High level pettiness and toxic office politics, perhaps you'll like it there. Myself and many others did not. If you think I'm being too harsh or negative, ask them about their retention ratio. They go through people at an unbelievable rate, I have seen call centers with better retention. It's not just at entry level positions, but IT, HR, Sales, every dept has this problem. The pay is decent enough but the culture is horrid. The CEO is a real piece of work. She reminds me of a cross between a cliché high school bully and, as one former employee put it, David Schwimmer's character in Band of Brothers (Capt Sobel). She will smile and act sweet, but it's all a façade. I have never seen a PROFESSIONAL environment with so many people walking on egg shells for one person.
