Pros

They fool you into thinking you'll be paid a good amount but then you realize they're outsourcing third world people to work for pennies

Cons

Underpaid, exploited, everyone acting as manager all the time, owner has no clue of what's going on in his own company but expects every irrelevant person to know. They take webcam shots and screenshots all the time so expect to be glued for nine hours straight and destroy your eyesight in the process.

The working environment is casual and relaxed. The director actually cares about the staff and patients that we provide services to. You get paid on time and can earn good bonuses too.

Cons

employees are not independent to make decisions which slows things down a little bit
