High pay for design intern, but no experience yet

I think 12k for design intern is relatively high, and lots of intern are even unpaid too. I got this job because i won the competition, not sure about the others. The team is willingly to assign the position that similar with my major.

Cons

I haven't started my job yet so i will come back and talk about it later.
