      - Opportunities to learn different skills in a flat organization. - Great benefits and decent pay considering it is an agency. - Mature, respectful, professional, and familial environment. - Work ebbs and flows.

      Cons

      - If you don't like fast-paced work and client services, you still won't like it here. - It is a small team, so you have to advocate for yourself and make your own growth. - Work ebbs and flows.
