      Pros

      Good salary and benefits. Willing to provide additional training if needed. Interesting, if unconventional perks such as a beach house party for all employees.

      Cons

      The company claims to be faith-based, but their "faith" appears to be profit and greed. AliTek has a habit of hiring folks on speculation for projects in the pipeline, and if they don't get signed, the consultant will be summarily laid off as opposed to finding other projects. Little to no support for required software in order to do our jobs.

      - Not much in the way of career development - Pay was average - Benefits were not very good
