Generally a very positive work environment with some brilliant scientists and a very interesting and innovative therapeutic concept.
Cons
Sometimes the data is a bit skewed to appear to be better than it actually is. There are also certain scientists / directors who are very difficult to work with, but their flaws are overlooked for some reason.
