      Generally nice people Cool technology and innovations Strong partnerships with leading Cloud providers Supportive of work/family obligations, parental leave, etc.

      Continual identity crisis - NaaS, CNaaS, CAN, etc. Not a lot of room to advance beyond where you come in Understaffed/overburdened marketing department during my tenure Unclear/shifting leadership strategy Uncertain future with CSP advancements in networking space
