The children are amazing, the Strongsville facility itself has great resources for children and teachers, and the parents are very kind.

They changed employee schedules without consulting employees, changed employee punch times in order to not pay the actual hours they worked, often lied to parents or asked employees to lie to parents, and have a dangerous lock-down plan set in place that will put children's lives at risk.

The director at the canton location mistreats not only employees but children as well, especially ones who may have behaviors or special needs. She makes the work environment extremely hostile, gossips about employees, and is all around a negative person. She is the reason most people quit.
