Poor leadership made me feel isolated

There is zero chance that anyone can highlight any pros of this workplace. There is a hundred percent chance of cons.

Cons

The leadership of the company was poor. They didn't know how to make a new employee feel comfortable. I felt isolated from the day I joined. It was stressful to do everything alone and without any support. I was supposed to work long, brutal and exhausting hours. BEWARE! Another thing I didn't like was the favoritism by the upper management. Their attitude was awful because some people got more preference than others. You can't avoid overlook it.

Poor Management and Too Much Isolation

I have no pros to mention. I am just adding words here, so my review gets published on this platform.

Cons

The management of the company was DOING A TERRIBLE JOB. They expected employees to handle every challenge on their own and contributed nothing. As an employee, my workload was high, so my stress levels were also very high. All this stress made me feel AWFUL. Often, I had so much work on my plate I didn't have time for my family and came home totally exhausted. It was ridiculous. Also, some processes needed fixing. The top management always made fake promises but never fixed those processes. It was INSANE! BEWARE!

Problematic management

It's a good company to have on your resume because of its reputation.

Cons

The managers are problematic people who are discriminatory and judgmental toward the employees. The HR has a way with words. They'll promise you a lot of stuff, but none of these will ever materialize. There's also no guidance nor support from the managers. Mentorship is practically non-existent in this company. Don't expect much because the managers have too many problems, some of which ore their own doing.
