Pros
Great team – truly unique and inspiring people to work with. Modern office with unlimited coffee, matcha, and more. Flexible remote work options. Working in the coffee industry has its perks – everyone’s energized (and caffeinated) most of the time :)
Cons
Uncompetitive compensation. Questionable priorities – significant spending on top management’s travel and expenses, while the company struggles to stay financially afloat each month. Outdated and weak corporate governance.
