Hello, while we agree that the kiddos and their families are amazing, it does concern us that you feel your experience here wasn’t “worth it” and that management didn’t care about you. We absolutely do care about each and every one of our employees and are in awe of the results that they produce with the kiddos. We do have policies and procedures in place that allow for all employees to express any issues or concerns that they may have, we hope that you were you able to discuss your feeling with HR before you left.
