Pros
The owner and manager care about the employees. Offered generous commission and bonuses. Room for advancement and limitless on commission that can be earned.
Cons
The bail industry is looked down upon and we fight a stereotype about us as people. We also sometimes deal with new clients who think vulgarities are the best way to conduct business.

The owner is communitive and appreciates all of his employees, holds annual employee outings, offers bonuses, generous pay, PTO, Anniversary thank you for staying with the company, Been with the company for over 4 years only had a disagreement with a couple coworkers not with management.
Cons
The market for Bonds has it ups and downs.
