Pros

Smart team members the ability to work from home from time to time. Sometimes, the CEO will treat the team to coffee or dinner and drinks when it's Christmas. The work is also repetitive, so the learning curve is pretty short.

Cons

The CEO is often rude and once insulted my looks...as a woman, it made me uncomfortable. The people who move up, are the ones who join in on his comments. A number of friends have left there would tell you the same.

Pros

The staff is very friendly and dedicated to their work. Overall environment is friendly and welcoming. Ability to work from home on occasion.

Cons

Very work oriented. Life-work balance is tilted strongly in the work direction. Not uncommon to work late, at home on evenings and weekends.

Pros

We have just revamped our whole company and website and everyone is excited about the direction of the company. We make really cool products for our clients and are always exploring ways to push our them further. There is never a dull moment at All Roads! The people here are great! Some of the best I've worked with. We are a team and everyone chips in to meet deadlines and get the job done. Everyone is full of energy and supportive and creative in their own way. You are able to shape your own career. All Roads does its best to foster it's people's career goals. There are endless opportunities to learn. They value everyone's voice and opinions on how we can reach our goals. Office location is superb. Best views in Kingston! Who doesn't like staring out onto the waterfront all day? They throw a super awesome 2 day retreat each summer that's a mix of learning, goal setting and always super fun.

Cons

It's a start up so work loads can be heavy and deadlines can be tight. If you're looking for a steady 9-5 this isn't the place for you. If you thrive on days that go by in a blur because there is always something to do then this is the place you want to be. There are no health benefits but the company has other perks that make up for it.
