Pros
Pay was decent when I first started, culture was good, Remote which was nice.
Cons
No raises as company was a sinking ship in a difficult student lead gen space. Company has a pattern of people only being there for about 2 years. Either for outgrowing the position or layoffs. Marketing Department was all let go. Not the first time this has happened either. Would not work here due to instability of company. Very siloed at times.
