Absolutely no pros. I worked there for 3 weeks, and I was not offered any document in writing for joining. Just one phone call to start working. Once I joined they refused to give a joining or offer letter. When asked multiple times some excuses were always made. Once I left they refused to pay me for the time I worked. They made me order products for clients and write fake reviews on Amazon, and didnt even pay me for buying those products. All in all worst place to work and owner has no shame or professionalism, her dog walks around the office, peeing everywhere... Asked her to pay me for 3 weeks I worked, she just made excuses for a while and after that stopped replying or picking my call. Feel cheated and exploited. Would not advice anyone to join.
