      Pros

      When I first started at ATS it was a wonderful company and was so inclusive. I built a lot of wonderful relationships here.

      Cons

      There is no growth, even for “strong” employees. Lots of messy office politics. People are overworked and underpaid. Multiple people had promotions dangled in front of them and then taken away, often for no good reason. Unless you’re a chosen one you’ll be taken advantage of.
