Pros

There are no pros here.

Cons

This company will not train you, they will not pay you on time, they will not show up on time period. If you show up early they will show up late and then discipline you for their shortcomings. Expect to be called on weekends randomly out of the blue for friendly conversation taking away from any free time that you might possibly have. Expect to be verbally abused. No matter what your experience level. They boast an extremely low retention rate. They will not cover any company expenses because they do not know how to correctly budget or bid projects. They are looking for employees who have little experience to make them permanent labor employees with no opportunity for advancement in the long term. Later you will find that they never even read your resume or any cover letter.

Pros

Not convinced that any pro or previous positive review about this place is legit. Not a single person really enjoys working here.

Cons

If you're having a bad day, just know that someone is probably hating life just from this place. For your own sanity, stay as far away from here as you possibly can and apply for a real company that values their employees. There's absolutely NOTHING positive that will come from working here for your present and future; things actually get worse the longer you stay. For starters, no work/life balance, low pay, narcissistic/inexperienced owner who expects you to wear yourself out and take pointless calls after hours and weekends. The owner, Brian, has created a very unhealthy, toxic, bullying-like environment. He's an over controlling, self-absorbed salesman, who'd throw a fit if you don't fall in line and do exactly what he wants you to do (I've really seen this happen). Too many times, tantrums were thrown because things weren't executed in the way they were envisioned which has led to employees walk out. Seeing first hand, the inappropriate behavior toward employees and hearing the sexist comments made, especially toward women, was one of the worst parts. This place will put you at your lowest point and make you feel like you're a nobody. You're worth nothing more than just being a test crash dummy, to show that it's some kind of a legit place to work. The truth is, nobody really knows what they're actually doing; not even the owner, himself. Titles and roles are ever changing with no clear direction nor instruction. I don't think there was even a clear business plan. They've lied about pretty much anything they're able to lie about. The nonexistent leadership only allows for a show to constantly be put on for potential business being pursued. No attention is paid to employees (unless it's something unnecessary you're being yelled at for) or what's actually going on within the company. Behind the closed doors, it's all bullying and verbal abuse. It's notorious for not paying employees, in full, on time, with senseless excuses as to why. It baffles me that employees are just expected to be ok with not getting their pay when expected. One can only assume it's due to insufficient funds to actually pay employees which is pathetic. They even had someone with previous criminal history classify as HR. This exact same person also handled payroll and company finances...makes total sense right!? It's sad, but true. All in all, at some point you'll be spoken to and treated like scum just to work for a shady company, ran by shady people and be told how you should feel, just because you're told so. It's a very high risk by working here for no reward so please do yourself a favor, do NOT give All World Communications the time of day. Keep searching for a place that values you not just as an employee but as a human being.

Pros

I cannot emphasize enough how horrendous my experience has been with All World Communications. If you value your sanity, family, and financial stability, run far away from this toxic company. From day one, it was clear that All World Communications thrives on destroying the lives of its employees. If you have children or need a reliable income, consider this company a one-way ticket to misery. They seem to have a talent for mismanaging finances, leaving their employees in the dust while the higher-ups bask in their financial misdeeds. Ethics and morale are nonexistent in this corporate wasteland. It's a breeding ground for lawsuits, and for good reason. All World Communications has perfected the art of throwing its employees under the bus without a second thought. The leadership's complete disregard for basic human decency is both astonishing and appalling. If you enjoy constant stress, sleepless nights, and the looming threat of legal action, congratulations, All World Communications is the perfect fit for you. It's a sinking ship, and you'll be lucky to escape with your dignity intact. In conclusion, save yourself the agony and avoid All World Communications at all costs. There are countless other companies out there that value their employees and operate with a modicum of integrity. Your mental and financial well-being deserve better than what this disaster of a company has to offer.

Cons

All World Communications claims to be a player in the business world, but my experience with them has been nothing short of a cautionary tale. Let's delve into the abyss of their numerous cons. Leadership Labyrinth: Navigating the convoluted hierarchy at All World Communications is like trying to solve a Rubik's Cube blindfolded. The lack of clear communication from the top down creates an environment of confusion and frustration. Expect decisions to be made on a whim, leaving you questioning your role and the company's direction. Financial Fiasco: If you have a penchant for financial stability, look elsewhere. All World Communications seems to treat budgeting as a foreign concept, resulting in paycheck uncertainties and financial rollercoasters. It's a nerve-wracking experience wondering if your hard work will translate into a stable income or a pink slip. Morale Meltdown: The company's morale is akin to a sinking ship. The toxic atmosphere is palpable, fueled by a complete lack of employee appreciation and an abundance of finger-pointing. The blame game is so ingrained in the company culture that it's practically an Olympic sport. Legal Limbo: All World Communications must have a team of lawyers on speed dial because they're constantly in legal hot water. Whether it's shady business practices or questionable ethics, this company attracts lawsuits like a moth to a flame. Working here means standing on the precipice of potential legal battles that can tarnish your professional reputation. Innovation Vacuum: Don't expect All World Communications to be at the forefront of innovation. The company is stuck in a time warp, resistant to change and technological advancements. If you're seeking a dynamic workplace that embraces progress, you're better off searching elsewhere. In conclusion, All World Communications is a sinking ship captained by leaders who are either oblivious to or indifferent about the havoc they wreak on their employees. The cons outweigh any perceived pros, making it a regrettable choice for anyone seeking a fulfilling and stable career. Save yourself the trouble and explore other opportunities that value transparency, financial stability, and a healthy work environment.
