Friendly employees with a relaxed family style environment (at least half of the employees are related to one another in some way). Regular opportunity to change and grow into other departments (even if you don't have a lot of experience, they will give you the chance to prove yourself).
Cons
Family business with family members in top management positions that have little to no experience. Favoritism runs rampant.
